氷河で削られた海に接していないフィヨルド。

一番高い崖は177m。
Highest cliff is 717 m high.
滝の水が海に届くまで15年かかるとか。
The guide told that it takes 15 years
for the water of this fall to reach the sea.
ボートツアーに参加しました。
ポンドといっても実際は16kmの長さで
165mの深さです。
We took a boat tour exploring the pond.
The pond is actually a 16 km lake
with a depth of 165m.
二人の案内人が同乗。
一人は英語、もう一人はフランス語で
案内してました。
Two guides were on the boart.
One spoke in English,
the other explained in French.

the vertical strata.

Ordovician, younger layer to the left.
Cambrian, older layer to the right.
